An Early Peek.. :)

My New collection is called, Persimmon Cowgirl. It’s a deeper collection about relationships that have hurt us or made us better. It's in an early draft so things are still being molded. The one thing about writing is you are always changing and updating content. You might see something that needs to be polished a bit more. I used to hate this process, but I am getting better at it and actually am liking it a bit.

It’s like baking and after you make let’s say some cookies, you think you know next time I will add more cinnamon or maybe nuts. The same is with writing applies. I will write a poem and in its raw state it stands alone, but as I look at it more I find it could use some cinnamon!

I have many books in different stages and continue to move forward with projects. Being a new writer it just makes me better at my craft. In whatever you do create release what comes to you, but take time to step back and see what else might work with it.

Cinnamon? lol :)
